Panchganga Ghat as
its name indicates, is where five rivers are supposed to meet, The Ganga ,The Yamuna ,The
Saraswati ,The Kirna and The Dhupapapa. Among which only the first one is
visible and the rest are vanish,are assumed in the form of manifestation.
This was the cheif restore of a great teacher of Vaidant
Ramanand to whom Kabira accepted as his Guru. Ramanand's monestary is
still here. Tulsi Das composed his famous writting ,the Vinay-Patrikahere,in
which he discribed about Vindu Madhav temple.There are 8 water-front sacred tirthas at the
ghat. |
